Refund policy

Orders can be canceled if needed, if the order has not been shipped.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

I strive to give you high quality and lovable products. However, if you are unsatisfied, you are welcome to return your purchase under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days
I will refund the full purchase price of your item, minus the cost of shipping upon receiving and inspecting your return
Items must be in their original condition including being free of signs of wear and tear, cigarette smoke, perfume, or other strong scents, and pet hair
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, including tracking and insurance where applicable

I reserve the right to refuse returns on items which have been altered in any way that may prevent their re-sale

 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
